Day-of Coordination is designed for couples who have planned their wedding themselves but want a professional to take over the logistics and execution so they can fully enjoy their day stress free.
Starting 6 weeks prior to your wedding, we step in to manage final logistics and execute your plans seamlessly. Services include timeline creation, vendor confirmations, rehearsal coordination, and on-site management on the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly so you can fully enjoy your celebration.
Designed for couples who have started planning but want professional guidance and seamless execution. This package includes planning support, vendor recommendations, timeline creation, rehearsal coordination, and full wedding day management to ensure everything comes together beautifully.
Our Full Planning service provides comprehensive support from your engagement through your wedding day. We manage budgeting, vendor sourcing, design direction, logistics, and on-site coordination to ensure a seamless, beautifully executed celebration. Allowing you to enjoy the experience without stress.

Hi, I’m Alina, a wedding planner and coordinator based in Northern California with a lifelong love for organization, details, and thoughtful planning.
I’ve always been a Type A person in the best way. Long before weddings were my career, I was the go-to planner in my circle: creating detailed travel itineraries, organizing events, and making sure every detail was thoughtfully handled. What started as a passion project over 10 years ago quickly became second nature.
For the past 8 years, I’ve worked within the wedding industry in many different roles, giving me a well rounded understanding of how weddings truly come together. From running wedding related social media, helping brides book rentals, to setting up wedding receptions, I’ve seen firsthand what works, what doesn’t, and what matters most on the big day.
Planning my own wedding four years ago was a turning point. It deepened my appreciation for just how meaningful and overwhelming the process can be. Since then, I’ve helped friends plan their weddings and found myself continually drawn to guiding couples through one of the most special seasons of their lives.
I felt a clear calling to combine my industry knowledge, organizational skills, and love for weddings into a business that allows me to support couples every step of the way. My goal is to make the planning process feel seamless, stress-free, and enjoyable so you can focus on celebrating your love while I handle the details.
