Day-of Coordination is designed for couples who have planned their wedding themselves but want a professional to take over the logistics and execution so they can fully enjoy their day stress free.

10-12 hours on wedding day

Assistant available for weddings over ~120 guests (often extra)

Oversee vendor arrivals and setup as provided by the couple

Ensure placement of light decor (menu, signage, guestbook, favors…)

Ensure ceremony and reception start on time

Manage transitions (ceremony → cocktail hour → reception)

Work with vendors to maintain timeline
